Jamb Joinery is run by Ben Wilson and Joe Tusting who are based in a traditional workshop within the Burghley Estate in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

Our skilled team takes pride in their craftsmanship and responsibility for our reputation. Our techniques combined with knowledge ensure each joinery item is precise and accurate. Skilled hands work hard every day in productions, leaving nothing to chance, without neglecting the details that distinguish Jamb Joinery.

Ben Wilson
​
Ben qualified as a solicitor before working in finance. A career change led him to working with historic buildings, which has always been a passion, both as a general contractor and project manager. He quickly became frustrated at the lack of truly bespoke joinery, often requested by conservation officers, and more often than not poorly specified.

Joe Tusting
​
Joe qualified in Land Management before working in the Equine industry, specifically in the cross country field as a designer / maker. His passion for wood work led him to Jamb Joinery where he produces high quality windows and doors alongside managing the workshop in Stamford.
Technical Capabilities
There is no substitute for experience - and here at Jamb Joinery we are fortunate to have a strong team. We believe that any customer approaching us should be left in no doubt as to the quality of our technical capabilities. With a wealth of experience and knowledge of the trade, we pride ourselves on the fact that if your project is to be made out of timber, we are the right choice!
In many cases, manufacturing joinery products can be very complex and so our ability to anticipate customer requirements ahead of construction gives them confidence in our team. To avoid potential pitfalls, we always allow time to discuss the project with our customers throughout the design stage, enabling us to provide the results that our customers have come to expect.
